Looking to recruit for this high end restaurant,bar and events venue based in Liverpool in great location who are looking to recruit for a hands on Restaurant Manager to lead the team and all front of house areas of the operation.
This beautifully appointed restaurant is a casual dining venue,serving modern cuisine from an all day menu and is a popular choice with the local residents of the area.
The operation consists of a 100 + cover restaurant and bar based and also benefits from events space for functions,private parties and also in summer offers a great outside terrace from food and drinks.
The client is looking for an individual who can take on the day to day responsibility of ensuring the highest standard of guest care at all times and has working experience of all aspects of food and beverage services in the restaurant and to manage the events space.
You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors and the ability to train and develop all team members to deliver the service standards required and also working with the Head Chef and kitchen team to assist and support and enhance the guest experience.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
