Restaurant Manager – Liverpool 

Presently looking to recruit for a Restaurant Manager for this expanding operation in the Liverpool suburbs.

The operation consist of a recently developed restaurant as well as function room as well as high end cocktail bar within this private members venue attracting both the local clientele as well as clients for event,functions and of course for the exclusive dining.

The 150 + cover restaurant offers all day dining which includes breakfast with a casual daytime dining option and then the fine dining for dinner and also the function suite for approx 200 guests.

As Restaurant Manager your role is to manage the day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.

You will be supported in your role by the Manager and 3 Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.

You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.

In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
