Restaurant Manager – Liverpool

This 4 star hotel in city centre Liverpool are presently looking to recruit for a Restaurant Manager to join their management team.

The hotel is a modern city centre operation with over 100 + bedrooms with an iconic restaurant serving modern British food with service standards to match.

The role is to lead and manage the team and to be able to ensure standards are maintained at all times and also to work with the team and offer training and support in order that they understand the service levels required.

Working also to achieve the profile of the restaurant as well as sales and in the company standards and manage sales,departmental costs etc.

The person will report to the Operations Manager and be a key element of the hotel senior management team.
