Restaurant Manager – Knutsford
Working with a client in the Knutsford are who are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for this highly regarded restaurant based in a unique location.
The operation consists of a 80 cover Brasserie restaurant as well as high end cocktail bar and lounge area within this superbly appointed and luxurious 4 star deluxe hotel.
The restaurant offers all day dining which includes breakfast and as well there is a luxurious bar and lounge area which are also open all day and serving guests in an informal operation but with high end food and service and offers as well afternoon teas and the cocktail bar in superb ambience.
As Manager your role is to overseee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.
You will be supported in your role by Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
