Restaurant Manager – Harrogate  

I am recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for this well known and highly regarded award winning group in the Harrogate area.

The hotel has over 100 + bedrooms with large and multi outlet F&B operations that consists of a 150+ cover restaurant as well as various lounges and bars throughout the hotel in this superbly appointed and luxurious 4 star deluxe hotel.

The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with a limited lunch service and has a cocktail and service bar for the benefit of a high end service for restaurant guests.

The hotel is a popular venue with over 85% occupancy and so the demands through the restaurant a very high and so it is important to be able to manage the department efficiently.

As Manager your role is to overseee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.

You will be supported in your role by Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.

You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.

In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
