Recruiting for a client based in this 4 star hotel in the East Riding region for a hands on Restaurant Manager.
The hotel offers to guests a modern 100 + bedrooms as well as multi outlet F&B operations that includes a 120 cover casual dining restaurant serving what is best described as Modern British,also various M&E rooms with the largest suite for over 200 guests and also leisure and spa facilities.
The client is looking to recruit a hands on Restaurant Manager for this venue and the person will be managing all aspects of the operation day to day.
Working with the team to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead with then the support of an Assistant Managers & Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staff to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
