Hands on Restaurant Manager working with this well known and highly regarded 4 star luxury hotel.
You will manage the day to day operations for the front of house restaurant team and deliver the highest standard of service at all times.
The venue has been highly acclaimed and has won awards for many years and this will remain a key focus going forward.
Offer 1st class training for the team for food knowledge as well as beverages and wines to ensure excellent communication with the restaurant guests and offer guidance to enhance their experience whilst dining.
Develop excellent working relations with the Head Chef and kitchen team and report direct to the owner.
