Recruiting for a client in an idyllic setting in the heart of Cheshire with superb F&B operations that includes a high end restaurant serving Modern British fresh,seasonal produce,

The client is looking to recruit a high end hands on Restaurant Manager for this highly regarded venue in a truly unique location.

The operation consists of a 50 cover Brasserie restaurant as well as high end cocktail bar and lounge area within this luxurious 4 star deluxe hotel.

The restaurant is open and offers casual all day dining and also available for afternoon teas and a cocktail bar in superb ambience.

As Restaurant Manager your role is to oversee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.

You will be supported in your role by Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.

You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.

In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
