Restaurant Manager – nr Chester ,Cheshire

This 4 star small group owned hotel with award winning restaurant are presently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team and to manage the day to day operations of their restaurant and Brasserie.

The hotel has a great reputation across the region and also has a fantastic F&B operations which also includes M&E for over 200 guests in the largest suite and also hosts multiple weddings and the person they are looking for will be part of the management team of these areas of the hotel.

You will be involved with the day to day operations as well as being able to manage the back of house areas which will include training & development of all team members as well as managing the rota and wage costs for the department,so ideally you will have the knowledge and skills to be a key team member and take on some new areas of responsibility.

Also you will be part of the hotel management team and on a rota basis be part of the Duty Management team.

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager this is a high profile role in one of the regions best regarded hotels.
