Presently recruiting for this well located restaurant based in a luxury 4 star hotel in the Crewe for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
This venue is looking for a hands on manager to work with and support the well trained and focused team.
As Restaurant Manager you will manage the day to day operations working with the team and be able to offer and ensure a great guest experience working with a dedicated team.
The food is modern British with approx 100 covers serving both hotel guests as well as local residents and offering a high standard of food,wines and 1st class guest experience.
Duties:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
– Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
