Looking for a new role using your skill and experience of managing a team,we are presently recruiting for this 4 star central hotel in Liverpool for an experienced hands on Restaurant Manager to join the hotel management team.

This role requires and experienced and knowledgeable hands on Restaurant Manager to work with and lead the team within the restaurant department which consists of a 100 cover main hotel restaurant and hotel bar.

You will work with the hotel management team and ensure the highest service standards and guest care at all times.

Oversee all aspects of restaurant and operation, managing the team serving breakfast,lunches which includes conferences and then also same for dinner service for hotel guests and conferences in the hotel.

Supervise and train staff members to ensure high quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team and great customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and hotel industry practices is preferred.
