Regional F&B Manager – North West
Presently working with a client with operations across the North West with venues in Cheshire,South Manchester and Liverpool and they are recruiting for a Regional F&B Manager to join their senior management team.
The company operates a business mix of restaurants,take aways,pubs and also looking to move into the hotel market.
The person will have experience of multi site operations and the ability to lead and drive the food operation in all venues and to lead and support the Managers in each site.
Also working with the Group Exec Chef in order to develop the food offering as well as dealing with suppliers to offer best products and price and to understand the varying business models and the different requirements for each to deliver.
Reporting direct to the MD this positions will suit and individual with hands on knowledge within the hospitality sector and the ability to drive the whole business forward and develop during the companies expansion plans.
