Recruitment Consultant – Chester area
I am looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to come and join me at Mark Duffey Recruitment Limited based nr Ellesmere Port.
The business has been operating since 2016 with a small hiatus during the lockdown and since the return in July has grown it’s market share within the hospitality industry.
The person will be self managing and this is a home based role with regular face to face meetings,couple of times a week and daily communication via phone etc.
You will develop and manage your own desk and to be able to manage all aspects of the recruitment role including business development,candidate attraction and the usual requirements to achieve agreed sales targets.
Also the person to have a knowledge of the industry and be able to network and also complete understanding of social media including instagram,tiktok etc to grow and develop the companies exposure.
Salary neg tbd with an above average commission base andm usual benefits.
