Head Chef – Bolton/Preston region
Presently recruiting for a 4 star based in the Preston/Bolton area who are part of a hotel group.
You will be a hands on Head Chef and have the ability and skills required to lead the team to be focused and driven and deliver the required food standards in all areas of the hotel’s food operations which includes a 100 cover restaurant,popular lounge area serving all day items as well as conferences and banqueting for up to 180 guests in the largest suite
To also be involved in all aspects of the day to day operation,managing the team with training and development and working to high standards.
You will also be managing department costs including wages, food gross profit margins as well as all food safety and health and hygiene.
This is a busy operation with average weekly sales of over £20k per week food and serving over 300 covers per week in the restaurant as well as a busy C&B area of the hotel, reporting to the company General Manager.
