We are presently working with this 4 star group hotel in the Solihull and recruiting for the following role to join their management team.
This hotel has over 100 + bedrooms with various operations including a casual dining restaurant and bar,multiple function rooms with the largest catering for up to 150 guests and various other meeting rooms.
The role is the day to day management of the reception team and to ensure a great guest service at all times.
The hotel uses modern tech for check in/out if the client requires and also guests can use their phones as a key for their room.
You will work with the team and be able to ensure great service standards and offer training and development to all team members.
Working as part of the hotel management you play a key role in the general guest care and working with all hotel teams to ensure this goes through the hotel at all times.
Manage also the night team and you will lead a team of 8 within the front office department.
