Reception Manager – nr Chester
I am recruiting at present for a group hotel based nr Chester close to the M56 & M53 junctions for a Reception Manager to join their hotel management team.
The hotel has over 60 bedrooms with 80 cover restaurant,6 Meeting rooms with the largest with a capacity of 150 guests as we as a leisure club.
The team consists of 8 in total which includes nights and you will be managing with a hands on approach to lead the team to deliver a 1st class guest experience and ensure each guest is dealt with quickly and efficiently when checking in and out of the hotel.
You will be working on a shift pattern as per the requirements of the hotel and be able to offer training and support team members to assist you in also offering the same levels of service.
The hotel uses a central booking system and the hotel also does some of it’s own reservations,so you will need to be familiar with an online system.
Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the hotel management team you will also be required to work Duty Manager shifts on a rota basis.
