Reception Manager – Cheshire
I am recruiting for a 4 star Cheshire hotel close to the M6 and M56 Mway networks for a hands on Reception Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the day to day reception areas of this 4 star hotel.
The hotel offers a superb choice of bedroom stock as well as award winning restaurant,large M&E facilities for up to 200 in the largest suite and also a leisure club and spa operation.
Your role is to work with and lead the team in the day to day management of reception and ensure all guests are dealt with efficiently and also when possible upsold for all the services the hotel offers including restaurant,leisure,spa etc.
As the Reception Manager you will offer support and training to your team to ensure the consistency of service at all times in this busy area of the hotel.
Working also with the nights team with full and complete handovers to ensure they are fully conversant with all the happenings within the hotel.
Reporting direct to the Operations Manager and ideal for a 1st time appointment from a larger hotel operation.
