Pastry Chef de Partie – nr Chester 
A idyllic 4 star hotel with 2 rosettes based near Chester are presently looking to recruit for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
The hotel has various F&B outlets which includes a Brasserie as well as various M&E rooms that cater for up to 400 + guests.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working in the pastry section of the kitchen and as part of the pastry team being able to make all manner of desserts,puddings as well as afternoon tea items to be served throughout the hotel.
Ideally from a similar background within hotels and also large volume operations.
The hotel offers live in if required and is approx 20 minutes by car from Chester and also Wrexham.
