This 4 star group hotel in based in the beautiful location of the New Forest are presently looking to recruit for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
The hotel has various F&B outlets which includes a 2 rosette restaurant as well as some private dining and M&E that caters for up to 100 + guests.
The client is looking for an individual with the skills to prepare high quality desserts,as well as cakes etc for the hotel’s popular Afternoon Teas within the hotel,so the ability to work with their ability for a high standards.
Also working with and supporting the other kitchen team members managing your own section within the kitchen and to control all food ordering requirements as well as health and hygiene and as well to be creative for new ideas and to create a unique experience for the the guests.
Your knowledge and experience will be from a similar background within hotels and high standards.
