Pastry Chef – Chester
This 4 star group hotel in Chester are presently looking to recruit for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
The hotel has various F&B outlets which includes a Brasserie as well as various M&E rooms that cater for up to 400 + guests.
The client has informed that the main focus of the role will be to prepare for their popular Afternoon Teas within the hotel,so the ability to work generally alone and have the skills and ability for a high standard of various pattiserie,cakes etc but as well to assist in preparing for the hotel restaurant’s desserts.
The role will be working on a 8/9 to 5/6 working hours and 5 days over 7 managing your own section within the kitchen and to control all food ordering requirements as well as health and hygiene and as well to be creative for new ideas and to create a unique experience for the the guests.
Your knowledge and experience will be from a similar background within hotels and high standards.
