Pan Asian Sous Chef – hotel Hatfield area
To oversee the day to day operation in the hotel’s Pan Asian fusion speciality restaurant.
Experience of cooking food to a high quality with knowledge of various Asian styles of cuisine with a focus on Chinese and Japanese food.
Manage the kitchen and team and ensure the highest standards of food at all times,the venue is popular with both hotel guests and non residents attracting the local clientele of the area.
You will be able to understand and ensure authenticity of dishes and use classic ingredients to ensure the quality of the dishes being served.
Offer assistance and support to the team as well as training and development and to further their knowledge of the speciality of the dishes.
Manage also all food safety,health and hygiene as well as food ordering and stock controls.
