Operations Manager – Chester Business Park area
Recruiting for this stunning 4 star group hotel in a superb location close to the city of Chester.
The hotel offers sumptuous styled 20 + bedrooms with a fine dining A La Carte restaurant,high end cocktail bar and lounge and in addition 6 M&E rooms that cater to all types of events including weddings,conferences etc with the largest room capable of a capacity of 120 guests as well as other suites and boardrooms and also offers both hotel guests and local residents a well equipped gym and spa.
This is a working hands on role to lead the day to day operations within the all customer facing departments but also to work with and assist all departments and ensure the highest standards at all times.
As the Ops Manager you will be managing various HOD’s within the departments and be able to offer support and assistance to the managers and teams and to ensure a high standard of guest service at all times.
You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.
