Operations Manager – Manchester
This well appointed 4 star hotel based in the suburbs of Manchester are recruiting for a hands on Operations Manager to join their team.
The person will be required to have a complete and thorough understanding of F&B and to be able to lead and drive the team to deliver a consistently high standard of guest service as well as working with the sales and revenue teams to drive sales.
Along with your knowledge and skill and your ability to work with the management team and offer training and development to always look to improve in all areas of the hotel operations and of course ensure sales and costs are achieved in line with the company budget.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and as part of the management team.
