This 4 star boutique hotel is presently recruiting for a a hands on Operations Manager for their venue based in Liverpool.
You will be working with and supporting the team day to day and to manage all aspects of the venue and ensure a great customer experience at all times.
Working with and supporting the General Manager and HOD’s to assist and deliver in all areas of the hotel and to also offer training and development to all team members to ensure this service is available at all times in all areas of the hotel.
The hotel has a contemporary restaurant and bar with a focus on quality as well as meeting rooms for events and functions.
Reporting to the General Manager and to control all hotel costs including wages and materials as well as achieve the financial targets.
