Operations Manager – Liverpool
We are recruiting for an excellent unique hotel venue in the Liverpool area for a Operations Manager to join their management team.
The hotel boasts some of the best boutique design led bedrooms in the region with over 80 + bedrooms along with various F&B facilities which includes a 80 cover restaurant serving modern British food.
The hotel also has a number of superbly appointed meetings and events spaces with the largest suite for approx 100 guests as well as boardrooms and private dining,the hotel also benefits with a in house high end spa.
The General Manager is looking for an individual to oversee and manage all of the main guest focused departments and this will include F&B,kitchen,housekeeping,reception and all guest focused roles including the spa.
You will have direct line reports in each department and work with each person to offer support with ongoing training and development for each team member to ensure a consistency of service at all times.
Working also with the General Manager to deliver and drive sales and revenue to achieve the hotel budget.
You will be self managing with regular meetings with the GM to oversee strategy and control costs inline with targets agreed.
