Operations Manager – Greater Manchester
This new vacancy with a national hotel operator based in Greater Manchester are looking for an Operations Manager with a focus on all areas of the hotel,specifically in F&B and the HOD’s in their respective departments with 5 direct line manager reports.
The role is hands on to lead and support the General Manager and teams in all areas of the hotel and offer training and development to ensure a high standard of guest and customer service and in the day to day running of the hotel.
The position will suit an individual who has experience in working in various departments but with their most recent knowledge from with the F&B department and management of the HOD’s and teams from full time to casual team members.
Reporting direct to the General Manager and as well as operations a working knowledge of finances,budgets,wages and a commercial understanding of achieving budgets etc.
£35k,bonus,benefits
