Operations Manager – nr Chester
I am presently recruiting for a client based in the Chester area who is looking for a high end hands on Operations Manager to join their superb venue.
The hotel with superbly appointed bedrooms offers bespoke services in all areas of the operation which includes a Brasserie style restaurant and stylish cocktail bar as well as well appointed meetings and conference areas and also unique events spaces with fantastic services available as well as full leisure club and spa facility.
As Operations Manager the role is hands on to lead and manage the team in day to day business and someone that has an all round focus with an emphasis on F&B but also to include all departments and to ensure and deliver 1st class guest service at all times.
You will work with the HOD’s to ensure a consistency of standards and as well be able to deliver training and development for everyone in your teams.
In addition you will manage costs and controls and drive sales and revenue in order for the hotel to achieve budgets.
Reporting direct to the General Manager the role will suit an individual from a 4/5 star hotel background with exposure in all key departments or a Senior HOD/F&B Manager looking for their next career development role.
£35k,excellent bonus,benefits
