Looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to become a General Manager in the next 12 months then this is the role for you.
The hotel part of a national hotel group based in the heart of Cheshire are presently looking to recruit for an Operatipons Manager to join their senior management team.
You will be managing various HOD’s across the hotel and to be able to manage them and their teams to deliver the highest standards of service in all areas of the hotel and a focus on supporting them to achieve key targets which include sales,guest feedback,budgets and profit margins.
Reporting direct to the General Manager who will support you in being able to offer training and development within key areas of your management experience.
