This 4 star privately owned hotel near Maidenhead are recruiting at present for an Operations Manager to join their team.
The hotel has superbly appointed bedrooms and suites as well as an award winning restaurant and 6 meeting rooms with the largest capacity of 100 guests for a function,weddings or the event markets.
The role as Operations Manager would be very much a hands on position to lead and manage the team in day to day business and someone that has an all round focus with an emphasis on F&B but also to include all departments and to ensure and deliver 1st class guest service at all times.
The role ideally would suit and individual looking to take their 1st step into this level of position and so as such a F&B Manager.
As a key figure within the hotel you will work with the HOD’s to ensure a consistency of standards and as well be able to deliver training and development for everyone in your teams.
Further key elements include the ability and skills to manage costs and controls and drive sales and revenue in order for the hotel to achieve budgets.
Reporting direct to the General Manager the role will suit an individual from a 4 star hotel background with exposure in all key departments or a Senior HOD/F&B Manager looking for their next career development role.
