We are presently working with this excellent hotel based near Harrogate for an experienced Office Sales Manager to join their team.
The key skills for the individual are the following,
Commercially focused reservations,sales and revenue manager with experience and knowledge of the local markets
Ability and skills to lead the revenue team and support the hotel strategy
Prepare Forecasts and Budgets for all segments of the business
Manage relationships with online travel agencies
Responsible for the strategy to drive rooms and M&E revenue within the business
Analysing market information and market trends to support revenue decisions
The experienced revenue office manager will drive, motivate and develop the team
Review business plans, identify gaps and meet set targets
Working to achieve revenue and sales targets and to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and packages and also liaise with the General Manager and senior management team
