I am working with a well established hotel in Greater Manchester who are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The restaurant in the hotel works from a central concept and offers good food and service and is looking for a Manager that can work with and assist the team to deliver this to both hotel guests as well as non residents from the area
Working as part of the management team and to work with and support the team to ensure the highest standards of food and service at all times,so requires a hands on approach in all areas as well as the person being able to manage departmental costs for wages and also liquor stock in their control.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager you will be working on a shift pattern and involved in management decisions to ensure the business is a success and also profitable.
