This new vacancy in a city centre venue are recruiting for an F&B Manager to join their team.
The role will be to manage all aspects of F&B within the operation which includes a 100 + cover restaurant,also bar and lounge areas and also M&E areas of the business.
The person will have the ability and skills to create a vibrant and exciting food and drink offering to the city and with their skills be able to market it to the clients of Manchester.
Your role will be hands on to lead and manage your team and also to drive and develop the concept as well as work with and train team members to ensure the highest standards of service in all areas of the business.
As the face of the business you will need to have great F&B knowledge as well as to generate the venue with your marketing skills and use of social media to profile the concept.
Also to manage and control costs including wages,wet liquor margins and to develop sales.
Reporting direct to the General Manager this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an exciting new challenge.
