This well known and highly regarded 4 star hotel are recruiting for a knowledgeable mixologist to join their team.
To take ownership of the bar and to deliver superb cocktails and drinks generally to the discerning hotel guests as well as the local residents of the area.
Understand on how make classic cocktails as being able to know upcoming trends to further develop and increase sales.
Work with and support team members as well as being able to train and develop in the making of cocktails,their ingredients and knowledge of bar and guest service.
Manage the stock of the bar and ensure to manage the ordering working with the Bar Manager and as well any special items required for cocktails of the week etc.
Report to the Bar and Lounge Manager.
