General Manager – nr Gloucester
This newly acquired pub with rooms based in rural Gloucestershire nr Gloucester are recruiting for a Manager to take the helm and to take ownership of the day to day operations and to deliver a high standard of service.
The venue offers a olde worlde charm with open fires and an outside area for guests with the rooms furbished to a good standard and the food served is typical British and seasonal.
The owner is looking for a hands on person to lead and manage the team in day to day business and someone that has an all round focus with an emphasis on F&B but also to include all departments and to ensure and deliver 1st class guest service at all times.
The role ideally would suit and individual looking to take their 1st step into this level of position and to use their honed skills and deliver in all areas of the business.
You will work with the team and deliver a message that requires consistency and attention to details as the venue has been requiring some TLC and in 2018 will undergo and project of refurbishment to bring in line with the rest of the companies operations.
You will lso manage costs and controls and drive sales and revenue in order for the operation to achieve budget.
£33k,bonus,benefits and live in available
