Maintenance Engineer – Cheshire/Wirral region
This 140 bedroom hotel are looking to recruit for a Maintenance Engineer to join their management team.
The hotel is part of an international chain with extensive bedrooms,various conference and events areas with the largest suite able to accommodate up to 300 guests,restaurant and bar for an additional 200 customers and has all day operations as well as full leisure facilities.
As Maintenance your role will be to lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s maintenance which will cover all mechanical and electrical areas of the hotel as well as including all hotel decorating and general health and hygiene including management of the hotel’s waste.
Ideally you will be from a mechanical or electrical background with relevant experience as well as recognised qualifications to be able to work legally on the hotel’s equipment.
Working with a team to assist and support you and have a project of works to ensure that all matters are dealt with in a timely manner to ensure that all hotel facilities are working for the benefit of hotel guests.
Reporting directly the Hotel General Manager and as part of the senior team you will be required to take an active part in hotel meetings etc.
