Presently recruiting for this key role for a Leisure Spa Manager for this operation based in super central location in Shropshire.

The client is recruiting for a Leisure Spa Manager to join their operation at this fantastic venue with 1st class facilities and offering a bespoke guest experience.

As the Leisure Spa Manager you will be working with a team of therapists offering all services including massages of various types as well as facials and many other treatments available within the operation.

There is also a key part of the role to drive and develop the sales within the department and to be proactive with use of social media and to ensure that the therapists are working to swell products pre and post treatments to the guests.

You will be managing the business and team day to day to deliver in all areas of the operation and to manage and oversee the guest experience and to maximise the sales and revenue. Ideally from a background in this market and to have the knowledge and experience of the products available as well as the treatments and all aspects of running a successful spa operation.

The ability to lead and direct a team to deliver this great experience as well as product knowledge and the skills required to upsell the services and products available.

Weekly reports to the operators of the venue and to manage the budget and sales and to recruit and train the team to maintain and increase the expectations of the guests.
