Presently recruiting for this key role for a Leisure & Spa Manager for this operation based in super location in near Rainhill,Liverpool.
The client is recruiting for a Leisure & Spa Manager to join their operation at this fantastic venue with 1st class facilities and offering a bespoke guest experience.
As the Leisure & Spa Manager you will be working with a team of approx 30 team members with a mix of full time and casual staff.
You will lead and manage the team in the day to day service of the gym and spa area ensuring great guest services and to guide and assist the guest in offering additional services including personal training as well as advise on the equipment in the gym and how to use it effectively.
Working with and guiding the team to assist and support at all times and to ensure all the facilities are well maintained for guest use as well as the changing areas and shower and toilet areas to a high level of cleanliness.
There is also a key part of the role to drive and develop the membership sales and additional services including personal training.
You will be managing the business and team day to day to deliver in all areas of the operation and to manage and oversee the guest experience and sales and revenue.
The ability to lead and direct a team to deliver this great experience as well as product and training knowledge are key aspects of the role.
