Leisure Club Manager – nr Warrington
This 4 star hotel located near Warrington and as part of an international group are looking to recruit for a hands on Leisure Club Manager to join their management team.
The hotel has over 100 bedrooms with various facilities including multiple F&B operations including 100 cover restaurant,sports bar as well as 7 M&E rooms for up to 200 guests in the largest suite as well as a high spec modern leisure club open to both hotel guests as well as over 1000 members with studios for various classes and swimming pool and spa.
The main functions of the role as to lead and manage the day to day operations and team and to achieve targets which includes guest care,sales membership and retention and to ensure the club is always maintained to the highest standards.
Leading a team of approx 20 staff this includes a Deputy Leisure Club Manager,Membership Sales Manager and a Spa Manager and their teams to ensure the standards are always adhered to and maintained.
Management of all day to day operations and also delivering and working to achieve sales targets and also the departmental budget which includes wages,department costs for cleaning etc.
Reporting to the General Manager and to assist the hotel management team achieve all key targets.
