Junior Sous Chef  – central Liverpool

Highly regarded hotel group with this operation based in central Liverpool are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.

The hotel has well appointed hotel bedrooms and public areas which include great F&B outlets that includes a great restaurant experience and uses fresh produce & various M&E rooms with the largest of a capacity of over 150 guests.

The person will be working in a team and supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef and also supporting the various other team members including other Chef de Parties as well as commis chefs and be able to offer assistance on going training and development to improve their skills and make the kitchen team inclusive.

Reporting direct to the kitchen management the position will suit an individual who is looking from Demi Chef de or similar role and is now looking for a new challenge and to maintain the hotel reputation as being a jewel in the local area for all events.

£24k,overtime paid,benefits
