Interim Caravan Park Manager -Wrexham area
£18 per hour for approx 6 – 10 weeks tbc,live in available on site
Presently recruiting for an Interim Manager for this caravan and lodge site near Wrexham.
This is a hands on role to work with and lead the team within the park that provides space for touring caravans as well as some luxury lodges.
You will work with the team and ensure the highest service standards and guest care at all times.
There is a limited F&B offering within the site as well as a retail shop selling groceries etc.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
– Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
– Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– Knowledge of hospitality operations and industry practices is preferred.
The client is offering live in but you will require transport if commuting.
