Housekeeping Manager – nr Chester
I am looking to recruit for a hands on Housekeeping Manager for this group hotel based nr Chester.
The hotel is a full service operation with 120 bedrooms as well as various F&B outlets which includes a restaurant and bar open for all day dining as well as leisure facilities and multiple C&B rooms with the largest for up to 200 guests.
As the Housekeeping Manager your role will be to to lead and manage the department and team in the day to day operations and also to manage and control all costs associated with the department which includes linen stock,wage costs as well as the cleaning materials.
Working to achieve great guest feedback from both the corporate guests and leisure clients who use the hotel.
You will also be part of the hotel management team and as such will work as a Duty Manager on a rota basis.
The team are a key part of the hotel and so you will also deliver training and development to each team member and keep a focused and motivated department.
Reporting direct to the direct to the General Manager and also attend regular HOD meetings when required.
