Presently recruiting for this luxurious Cheshire hotel for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team.
The hotel is well known for the quality of service it provides in all areas including fine dining experience in the hotel award winning restaurant as well as quality in their events and function areas.
The position is hands on to lead the team and ensure the standards are maintained at all times and to deliver and exceed the guest expectations at all times.
Working with each department to offer ongoing training and development and to give a clear focus on the requirements of their role as well as support to understand the bigger picture and how this elevate the guest experience.
Manage the HOD’s through the training and development of each person and to create a positive working culture in the hotel and a focus on team development and retention.
Manage the key areas which includes costs ie wages,food and wet GP margins as well as equipment being cared for and maintained.
Reporting to the General Manager and attend the daily and weekly management meetings and to create both a service and sales focus to drive revenue and profit.
