Presently recruiting for this award winning hotel and restaurant based close to Nantwich in the heart of Cheshire for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
This hotel has 40 + bedrooms along with an award winning restaurant offering a modern menu using local and fresh produce,this is a hands on manager to work with and support the well trained and focused team.
As Restaurant Manager you will manage the day to day operations working with the team and be able to offer and ensure a great guest experience working with a dedicated team.
The operation is a fine dining operation that offers to both residents and also the local clientele that use the facilities for it’s 1st class service and the leisure club and onsite spa.
The food is a modern British menu for approx with bar area and lounge available for the guests and offering a high standard of food,wines and great dining experience.
Duties:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
– Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
– Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
