Operations Manager – Cheshire
We are recruiting for an excellent 4 star group hotel based approx 20 minutes from Chester and the client is looking for a hands on Operations Manager to join their management team.
The hotel has 70 + bedrooms along with various F&B facilities which includes a 70 cover restaurant serving modern British food,the hotel also has meetings and events spaces with the largest suite for approx 150 guests as well as boardrooms and private dining,the hotel also benefits with a superb leisure club and spa as well as golf.
The General Manager is looking for an individual to oversee and manage all of the main guest focused departments and this will include F&B,kitchen,housekeeping,golf operations as well as the leisure club.
You will have direct line reports in each department and work with each person to offer support with ongoing training and development for each team member to ensure a consistency of service at all times.
Working also with the General Manager to deliver and drive sales and revenue to achieve the hotel budget.
You will be self managing with regular meetings with the GM to oversee strategy and control costs inline with targets agreed.
