Hotel Operations Manager nr Broadway Worcestershire
We are presently looking for a hands on Hotel Operations Manager for this group hotel nr Broadway in a great rural location.
The hotel is part of a national hotel group and offers the guests 40 + bedrooms,award winning restaurant,main hotel bar and also C&B for up to 150 guests and is popular in the local wedding market.
As Hotel Operations Manager you will work with the team in all areas of the hotel and to be able to lead the general day to day business and with a focus in the F&B areas of the hotel.
Working with the Department Heads and their teams and to offer training and development to all team members and ensure a great guest service at all times.
The role will also require financial knowledge to manage and control the hotel costs such as wages,food and wet GP margins in line with company policy and then to work to achieve the hotel budget with sales and revenue targets.
Reporting to the General Manager this role will suit and individual looking to take a career step and take further responsibility for the day to day management of the operation with an ideal focus on F&B and guest service areas of the hotel with reception,housekeeping,kitchen etc.
