Hotel Operations Manager – Liverpool

Presently recruiting for this privately owned 4 star hotel based in the Liverpool area.
The hotel offers 100 + bedrooms with large F&B facilities which includes a 100 cover restaurant,also C&B for up to 500 in the largest suite with various other meeting rooms available for 10 to 100 guests for conferences,events etc.
Your role is to support the General Manager in the day to day management of the operation,working with and supporting the teams and HOD’s and to ensure a consistent standard at all times and enhance the guest experience.
Also to offer training and development plans for the HOD’s and teams to maintain and understand the hotel service policy and to keep the guests returning.
Ideally your background will be in F&B with a focus on supporting these HOD’s and respective teams including the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Managing costs are also a key part of the role and this includes wage costs,also food and wet GP margins in line with company targets.
It is also important to understand and take on control of achieving sales and revenue targets in line with the hotel budgets.
Reporting to the General Manager this is ideally a 2nd appointment role for an experienced Operations Manager with great skills in all areas and departments of a 4 star hotel.
