We are presently working with this venue in great location in the beautiful Woodbridge area in Suffolk and recruiting for a hands on Hotel Operations Manager to lead the operation day to day and to offer and deliver great guest service.
This group hotel has over 70 + bedrooms with various F&B areas in the hotel that includes main hotel restaurant and bar as well as lounge area for teas,coffee’s etc,there is then additional rooms for conferences,events,weddings etc for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
The hotel also offers leisure and spa facilities as well as outside areas for team buildings.
The hotel caters to both the corporate and leisure markets and offers a home from guest experience.
Your role is to lead the day to day operations in all areas of the business and working with the department teams to ensure a consistent high standard of service at all times.
To create a positive experience for guests,to connect and liaise with all departments in the hotel working with the Hotel HOD’s and respective teams to deliver great service at all times.
You will be able to communicate with the teams and to have a clear focus on the requirements of their departments from the guest check in to check out and all departments and facilities within the hotel and quality of the guest with a seamless guest experience.
Working with and assisting the Department Managers and teams in their departments and to ensure the positive attitude throughout the hotel at all times.
Also to set goals and objectives for the and to generate and increase sales and revenue
Reporting to the General Manager and liaise with the HOD’s with regular meetings with the departments.
