Hotel Manager – nr Chester,Cheshire
Presently recruiting for this key role for a client for their 4 star hotel based in rural location approx 15 minutes from Chester.
The hotel is in great rural location and has great road links to Chester,Manchester and Liverpool as well as having it’s own grounds.
As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the hotel with approx 40 bedrooms and work with and assist the team to deliver great guest service at all times.
The hotel also has an award winning restaurant and C&B facilities for approx 120 guests for events,weddings,functions etc.
During recent times the hotel has continued to operate and 2022 is looking a successful year with weddings and events booked in the diary.
You will also be responsible for business and wages forecasting and report to the Director of the company with regular meetings to ensure the hotel is operating both profitably and also great guest feedback.
This is a hands on role and would suit an individual with operations experience and the ability to manage and develop a team through training and development.
Also work with the Director to plan and further develop the business going forward.
£45k,benefits,bonus
