Hotel Manager – mid Hampshire region
This group hotel client operates hotels across the UK within both branded and non branded markets,this hotel is non branded and based approx 40 minutes from Southampton airport in a great rural location,close to a number of local visitor attractions in the area.
The client is now looking for a hands on Hotel Manager for this 50 + bedroom hotel and also hotel restaurant and bar and also C&B for up to 150 guests and is popular in the local wedding market.
Also the hotel has another great facility to offer to hotel guests and local residents a well equipped leisure club and pool.
As Hotel Manager you will work with the team in all areas of the hotel and to be able to lead the general day to day business and with a focus on working to achieve and maintain hotel standards in all areas of the hotel,working with the Department Heads and their teams and to offer training and development to all team members and ensure a service standards are consistent at all times.
The role will also require financial knowledge to manage and control the hotel costs such as wages,food and wet GP margins in line with company policy and then to work to achieve the hotel budget with sales and revenue targets.
Reporting to the Regional Director this role will suit and individual looking to take a career step and take further responsibility for the day to day management.
