Hotel Manager – Sheffield area

Presently recruiting for a hands on Hotel Manager for this hotel based in the Sheffield area.
The hotel is well connected to the city with great links to central Sheffield and the amentities.
The hotel has 100 + bedrooms with extensive F&B facilities with 100 cover restaurant as well as multiple M&E rooms with the largest capacity of over 200 + guests as well as leisure facilities.
The client is looking for a hands on person to lead and focus on the departments with guest focus this includes F&B,housekeeping,reception as well as working with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
You will lead and work with the operational team to ensure great customer service at all times,also manage the business to ensure to achieve the hotel budget and profit margins agreed by the company and this role will support the General Manager working together as a focused team.
You will work with and assist the HOD’s to create a positive working environment for all team members including casual and part time staff and offer training and development of the teams and departments.
Working with the sales and revenue teams as well as finance and to control the costs associated with labour,purchasing etc.
Reporting to the General Manager with daily face to face communication and to deputise in their absence.
