Presently working with this international hotel group who are looking for a Hotel General Manager for this 100 + bedroom hotel.
The hotel is in a great central location close to the city as well as benefiting from proximity to both residential and commercial areas,as such it is a popular venue for the leisure and corporate markets.
As the Hotel General Manager you will be working with and leading the HOD team to drive standards,achieve sales and revenue targets and also have a stable and focused team.
You will assist the teams through your leadership and ensure the standards are consistent and also via the central support be able to offer ongoing training and development to all team members and management.
The facilities also include a casual all day dining restaurant serving modern British food as well as catering for the MICE market with the largest room capacity of 200 guests as well as other meeting rooms.
Also with leisure and spa the hotel does cater to all markets.
Working to achieve the hotel revenue and sales targets to ensure the hotel budget and with an in house sales team who are pro-active in the local markets as well as the company having central support to assist with the hotel exposure.
Reporting to the Regional Director and also the company offers great training and development and presently continuing to expand with further properties in the development pipeline.
